Account Manager (FSE) - Electronic Components - Germany.
Our client is a well-established, unfranchised electronics component sales distribution company looking for an Account Manager to join their sales team and expand the client base in Germany.
This position will really suit a good sales person with a good understanding of the brokerage, repping, independent sales business and looking for a next step in their career. A solid Semiconductors / Distribution background is needed to secure new clients and maintain existing Accounts at all levels.
-Direct Sales, Account Management or Internal Sales experience in a technical discipline
-Stellar track record of exceeding targets and growing and owning a market
-Previous experience from within the Electronics/ Semiconductor distribution market would be very applicable, but is not essential
-Strong communication and teamwork skills
-Languages: Fluent German and a second language (French, German, Turkish, Dutch, Ukrainian, Eastern European etc.) - of great interest
To even secure an interview you will need a demonstrable track record of carrying and beating targets / quotas.
