Analog IC Design Engineer - PhD - R&D - Singapore
This is a superb opportunity for a highly qualified (PhD) candidate with experience in Analog IC Design to join a world leading Singapore based R&D organisation.
In this role you will be responsible for Analog & Mixed Signal IC R&D activities in the area of wearable biomedical device development. You will be involved in system-level design, analysis, modeling and simulation as well as circuit level specification, schematic design, simulation, verification and lab evaluation. You will also be tasked with design documentation and presentation.
The successful applicant will be PhD qualified (or equivalent) in a relevant Science/Engineering field with strong emphasis on Analog IC design ideally in the biomedical field and with a few years of post graduate work experience.
Experience in some or all of the following is required:
oLow noise, low power amplifier design, specific expertise in Analog front-end circuit design for biopotential signal (EEG/ECG/EMG) acquisition will be a big advantage
odeep understanding of noise (1/f, thermal, jitter and phase) and device matching
oUltra-low-power circuit design techniques
oData converters: SAR ADCs, delta-sigma ADCs
oSystem IC development, and multi-disciplinary R&D experience would be an advantage
