Branch Manager - Electronic Components - Sweden.
Key International Client is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and develop a small sales team consisting of Internal sales, external sales and FAE's providing solutions to customers at the design stage of product development. The office is in Sweden and this role will require regular onsite presence.
-Proven success driving a small sales team (<10 persons)
-Good understanding of the local electronic component sales market
-Full branch P&L understanding ~ €10M
-Work with Country Manager and Regional Sales Director to set budgets
-Produce branch metrics for senior management
-Work to ensure cohesion and between all shareholders, local and international
This Client has a small, but well established team seeking a new Branch Manager to provide direction and enthusiasm thereby growing the region quickly, generating the requirement for more team members.
