This is an excellent new opportunity for a Digital ASIC Design Engineer to join one of the world's leading IC Design companies, based in the Republic of Ireland.
Our client is ranked one of the world's top Semiconductor companies; famous for their signal processing technologies within a wide variety of industries. Demand for their products is high, and as part of strong company growth, they are now seeking a Digital ASIC Design Engineer to join their R&D team in Limerick.
In this role you will contribute to the detailed definition of high performance mixed signal devices, taking responsibility for detailed digital architecture definition, RTL design and verification, using advanced tools and flows. You'll be an innovative person, capable of improving digital design methodologies and developing new ideas.
This role would suit Digital ASIC Design Engineer with up to about 6 years' experience (however they can be flexible on experience level).
*A relevant degree in Electronic Engineering / Microelectronics or related field
*A background in digital ASIC RTL design using Verilog / VHDL / SystemVerilog
*Experience in ASIC front-end design and synthesis tools
*Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisation skills
*Ability to use initiative when working both independently and in a team
