Electronic / Hardware Consultant
Based in Cambridge this new position will focus on the design and development of medical drug delivery based products and will join an expanding engineering team, working on state of the art products.
The Electronics / Hardware Consultant will be responsible for designing and testing of electronic circuits for use in medical devices, including capture of circuit schematics and implementation of electronics hardware. Other responsibilities will include researching new technologies, preparing BOM and managing the assembly of medical devices.
The successful candidate will have a good relevant degree 2.1 or above, with skills in the following:
* Digital and Analogue Hardware Design skills
*Use of simulation tools
*Knowledge of software and firmware skills
Other skills of interest include
* Verilog for FPGA Development
*A knowledge or Altium
*An understanding or previous experience of the medical industry
