My client is a semiconductor equipment vendor with etch, deposition and automation lines, amongst others. They're currently looking for a Field Service Engineer in the Netherlands who can dedicate themselves to one key customer, providing expertise on installs, troubleshooting, upgrades and corrective/ preventative maintenance. This role would be ideal for an experienced technician/ engineer who doesn't want an irregular travel pattern, and who can build long term relationships on site.
There will be a comprehensive training program offered on their tools, so they're very flexible on the process background this person comes from. The ideal candidate will have:
- An engineering background (electronics, electrical, mechanical)
- Problem solving skills
- The willingness to travel to the US or Asia initially for training
- The ability to work 'on shift'
- Fluent English
- The right to work in the Netherlands
This is a really good chance to join a prolific tool supplier in an 'on site' capacity. If you're looking to reduce the level of international travel in your current position, then this could be a great solution. Apply now if you're a field service technician/ engineer with a semiconductor equipment background, who wants to join an etch, deposition and automation tool specialist.
