Human Resources opportunity.
We have a well-established client, who is a leading global wholesale distributor of security and low voltage products with more than 200 worldwide locations. This position would be based in Germany and would be focusing on the benefit programs for 15 countries and so in EMEA totalling 300 employees.
-Oversight/Governance of retirement plans (defined benefits and defined contribution plans) in partnership with local finance.
-Evaluate benefit programs for competitiveness, new trends and make recommendations as necessary.
-Partner with HR Business Partners to gain employee and manager feedback on benefit programs.
-Manage annual renewals of medical, dental, life and disability plans.
-Manage vendor/broker relationships.
-Research and responds to routine benefit issues arising from employees, HR, and third party vendors.
-Bachelor's Degree in Administration or 5 years benefits experience.
-Excellent verbal and written skills.
-Team player with hands on attitude.
-Ability to build strong relationships.
