Key Account Manager / KAM - EMS Services - Switzerland
My client is a provider of Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) - manufacturers of PCBs, mechanical assemblies, components and complete systems, offering complete manufacturing services / solutions for multiple market sectors. They are seeking an experienced Account Manager to maintain and build business with a strategically important account portfolio.
-Demonstrable success in Sales Account Management and establishing relationships
-Experience and understanding of the EMS supply chain / cycles
-Ideally qualified in Electronics, but sound experience in any element of the EMS mix is acceptable
-Adopting the assigned account portfolio and quickly establishing good relationships
-Investigating and reporting on the potential / growth of those accounts
-Actively seek to establish long term partnerships with all key stakeholders within prime accounts
-Maximise revenue / design wins over time through long term partnering
This position needs someone that will develop a strong affinity with the Clients and be able to influence internally on their behalf to deliver on promises made. The ability to evaluate a Client fully is essential to allocate the appropriate resources in the most efficient way.
