Based in Surrey the Power Electronics Engineer will be responsible for the design, build, test and integration of Space Technology including management and delivery. The successful Power Electronics Engineer will also carry out circuit level design and simulation when required; test planning, test and verification of the designs.
The successful Power Electronics Engineer will have a BTEC/ HND/ Degree in Electronics or equivalent and excellent inter-personal skills accompanied by the following skills;
*Demonstrable experience in Analogue Design
*Proven background in Power electronics with Power electronics design
*The ability to design and understand schematics
*Test planning, test and verification of the design
*Experience in the authoring of technical documents (assembly and test procedures, reports and technical descriptions.)
*Ability to work simultaneously on multiple projects
*Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to interface with customers and technical representatives
*Good Microsoft Office Skills
