Principal Verification Engineer - Bristol - Start-up Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has become available in Bristol for an ambitious Senior Verification Engineer looking to step up in to a leadership position.
This is within an innovative young start-up company, specialising in low cost 60GHz WiGig technology. Their unique mix of highly skilled teams makes them one of only a few groundbreaking companies able to succeed in developing these products.
Working as the head of a small team, you will be responsible for the entire chip level verification strategy, plan and execution, project milestone reviews, check-lists execution and hands-on verification.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant electronics subject and;
*Experience of digital verification using Verilog, systemVerilog or SystemC
*Experience / understanding of assertion based verification (ABV) techniques and languages (SVA)
*Experience of constrained random simulation or CPU system verification using assembly and C
*A good understanding of the verification of some of the following; processors, cache memory sub-systems, system interconnects and complex SoCs.
You will be committed, enthusiastic and eager to learn, with excellent communication and problem solving skills. This role requires someone who is ready to take responsibility for my client's entire verification activities, and take the next step in their career.
