Regional Sales Director - South Germany
Our client, a worldwide leader in electronic components distributor, recognized as one of the most respected and innovative companies in the industry, is looking for an Regional Sales Director (m/w) in South Germany.
The primary responsibilities of the Regional Sales Director (RDS) is to drive our clients success by increasing and Driving Demand Creation opportunities in the Region and able to lead a team of 40 + Team.
A further key requirement is the development of relationships with key personnel within the organization, at focus customers and key suppliers in order to successfully develop, implement and drive revenue growth.
-Solid understanding of the Semiconductors Distribution market and key players.
-Ideally educated to degree level with minimum 10 years relevant experience in the industry.
-Fully au fait with requirements of working for an international distributor and the responsibility of representing the company and manufacturers in front of customers.
-Ability to demonstrate strong credibility, win the "customer" mentality and develop long term customer relationship management.
-Proactive, adaptable, organised and multi-tasking achiever.
-Excellent verbal and written communicator and presenter
