Sales Manager (Automotive) - Power/Inductive Components - West Germany (m/w)
You will be working with an International Electronic Component Manufacturer who seek a Sales Manager to manage Automotive customers across Central Germany. You will have responsibility for various Key Accounts as well as trying to gain new business/design wins across Germany. This role will require roughly 40% travel (mostly West/South) with the sales teams on the road, visiting and negotiating contracts with key customers.
- Drive new Business/Design Wins across Germany
- Aiding in Design-In of Power/Magnetic/Inductive products with Engineers/Technical Sales staff
- Develop sales forecasts based on pipeline and opportunities for the outside assigned account base
- Ensuring that sales team works to and is aligned to the overall strategy
- Good leadership skills and ability to self manage
- Direct sales experience in the electronics industry - ideally Automotive segment
- Strong experience working with Power/Magnetic/Inductive components
- Understanding of P&L, profitable sales, margin implications of particular sales and discounting policies
