Sales Director - SaaS - Southern Europe

My client, a forward-thinking analytical software company, is seeking their first Sales Director dedicated purely to Southern Europe. Initially this role will be to grow and develop the business, establishing distinct sales regions, with a long-term view to build a team in the future.

Requirements:
*Degree educated or equivalent
*Fluent English + one other Southern European language
*Proven sales experience in SaaS (software as a services) with an understanding of the subscription sales model.
*Ability to work with partners, in collaboration, to make a sale.
*Understanding of logistics and supply chain.

Responsibilities:
*To drive sales across Southern Europe - keeping in mind Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR).
*To form strong relationships with partners, and internal teams, to develop business.
*Understanding of SaaS metrics in order to maximise profitability.
*To define geographical sales regions and build a team to ensure further growth.

Open to a software sales professional, who is able to develop business in Southern Europe and grow a team to maximise sales. This would suit a "hunter" profile that isn't afraid to seek new business in order to maintain the MRR sales structure.
