Our client is a successful Semiconductor design company that develops pioneering Integrated Circuits for some of the world's leading technology companies.
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior Analog/Mixed Signal IC Design Engineer to join their design centre in Lisbon Portugal and in this role you will be working alongside a team of experienced design engineers undertaking system architecture, RF and Analog IC Design, verification and implementation of complex Analog/RF and Digital SoC solutions.
Industry degree qualified (or equivalent), the successful applicant will have a minimum of 8 years Analog / Mixed Signal IC Design in CMOS including direct experience in converting customer requirements into detailed technical specifications. In addition you will have experience in the complete IC Design Flow: Analog IC Architecture Design and Modelling; IP Evaluation and Selection, Analog/Digital partitioning in mixed-signal systems; high-speed data communications / SERDES; modelling of Analog Systems.
Your experience will include a full understanding of design tools including; Spectre Simulator, Cadence Virtuoso Schematic/Layout, Verilog-AMS, NCSIM, Mentor Calibre DRC/LVS. Experience is required in all of some of the following: PLLs and Oscillators, Baseband Filters, Data Converters and Power Management blocks.
