Senior SOC Verification Engineer - Dublin, Ireland
Based in the beautiful city of Dublin, Ireland, a fantastic opportunity for an experienced SOC Verification Engineer to join a world class development team creating system on chip devices using the latest verification tools and methodologies.
Working as part of a highly skilled development team, you will have a good educational background with a bachelors/masters degree in Computer Science, Electronics or similar discipline, along with experience in the following development areas;
*7+ years relevant industry experience
*Experience in a technical leadership role, driving the architecture and development of verification environments and methodologies at the block and SOC levels
*Background in verification of complex FPGA, ASIC or SOC designs with a track record of successful project delivery - thorough understanding of the design flow from requirements to silicon
*Extensive experience with verification languages and frameworks - SystemVerilog, OVM/UVM/VMM, SpecMan
Experience in some of the following areas will also be beneficial :
*Understanding of Object-Oriented design and programming concepts - experience with C/C++, SystemC
*Experience in the simulation of power-sensitive designs by integrating power intent languages like CPF/UPF in the verification flow
*Experience with re-usable design patterns and methodologies
*Experience with one or more scripting languages - Python, Perl, TCL/TK, Shell scripting
*Experience in leveraging formal verification techniques to reach coverage targets
