Senior/Principal Analog/RF IC Design Engineer - Cambridge
An opportunity has arisen for a Senior or Principal Analog/RF IC Design Engineer to join a global company in their design centre based in Cambridge working on high performance next generation transceiver design for cellular and connectivity applications.
In this role the Analog/RF IC Design Engineer will be involved in the design of blocks such as; LNAs, Mixers, filters, Tx, Rx, Power Amplifiers, PLLs, ADCs, DACs, Op amps, bandgaps and reference circuits in CMOS technology as well as design documentation including review files and evaluation plans. Experience in high speed ADCs is preferred but not a must.
You will also be working on timing circuits and general high-precision Analog blocks as well as overseeing circuit architecture, layout and validation. Working closely with IC architects and digital teams you will be tasked with defining the interface between Analog and Digital blocks.
Industry degree qualified, the successful Analog/RF IC Design Engineer will have established experience from within a similar role. Experience is required in some of all of the following; high-speed high performance circuit design, High Speed ADCs, DACs, PLLs, Filters, Op amps, bandgaps. Knowledge in RF design is an advantage.
