- HR Administrative Tasks
- Recruitment Coordination
- Employee retention / Employee Relations
- Requisitions and Purchasing Orders:
- Invoice Delivery
- Employee's salary and performance reviews
- 1-2 years of experience in the field of HR
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration
- EU Labor Law studies or Law Degree is a plus
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
- Fluent in English and German both written and spoken
- First Hands-on experience with CRMs Deel or UKG
- Fluent in English and German (mandatory)
- Germany, Austria, France, and the UK.
