Prior to leaving James had become a project manager with responsibility internally for all new customer prototypes. Establishing customer relationships, handling timescale negotiations and an understanding of the peculiarities of different industry verticals have equipped him with a true understanding of the challenges faced by both his clients and candidates.\r\n\r\nSince 2008 James has grown a team of experienced search and selection consultants within Sales and Marketing. He now focusses on Global Business Development across Semiconductor and Photonics at senior \/ executive level.<\/span>\r\n\r\nIn his spare time, other than spending time with his young family James is usually found dressed in rubber chasing fish about in a river or, if especially lucky, he can ditch the waders and chase after more exotic species in Florida or the Caribbean.
