This role is ideal for someone who thrives in innovation-focused environments and is confident collaborating with external partners and stakeholders.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\"><strong>What we\u2019re looking for:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Proven experience in the research and development of photonic integrated circuits<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Strong system-level understanding of photonics and PIC architectures<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Ability to define technology roadmaps and drive architectural concepts<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Competence in simulations, feasibility analyses, and guiding design teams<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Hands-on familiarity with PIC development workflows and integration challenges<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Excellent communication skills and experience working with external partners, suppliers, and customers<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Industry experience (telecom, sensing, datacom, or related fields) is highly advantageous<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">A proactive, collaborative mindset with the ability to provide technical leadership across multidisciplinary teams<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\"><strong>Existing work rights in the EU and willingness to relocate to\/within the Netherlands<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\"><strong>If you have strong experience&nbsp;in PIC R&amp;D and photonics architecture, please get in touch with Phil Wright at IC Resources.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>My client is seeking a Photonics Architect with strong experience in the R&amp;D of photonic integrated circuits (PICs) to help drive next-generation photonic technologies.
