As the company continues to scale, they now seek an Analog IC Design Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team of IC design and layout engineers developing next-generation optical communication systems. In this role you will have key technical authority with a clear pathway to progress to higher leadership roles as the business expands. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Aptos, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-family: Verdana\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Aptos, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-family: Verdana\">Requirements include:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Aptos, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-family: Verdana\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"margin-top: 0cm;margin-bottom: 0cm\" type=\"disc\">\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0cm;margin-right: 0cm;margin-bottom: 0cm;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Aptos, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-family: Verdana\">A Bachelors \/ Masters degree within Electronic Engineering, or related field<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0cm;margin-right: 0cm;margin-bottom: 0cm;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Aptos, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-family: Verdana\">Extensive (at least ten years) experience within Analog IC Design<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0cm;margin-right: 0cm;margin-bottom: 0cm;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Aptos, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-family: Verdana\">Several years\u2019 experience within a leadership or management role, with strong ability to manage multiple projects under schedule and resource constraints<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0cm;margin-right: 0cm;margin-bottom: 0cm;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Aptos, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and manage stakeholders across engineering functions.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Aptos, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-family: Verdana\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Aptos, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-family: Verdana\">Visa sponsorship and relocation assistance is available with this role. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Aptos, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-family: Verdana\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Aptos, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-family: Verdana\">This is a chance to grow a rapidly expanding company located within a desirable region of the UK, offering plenty in the way of opportunity and amenities for family life.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Aptos, sans-serif\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm;font-size: 12pt;font-family: Aptos, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-family: Verdana\">A competitive base salary, RSU plan, bonus + benefits package is on offer.
