This is an excellent opportunity to drive innovation, support technology strategy and play a key role in the growth of a dynamic photonics organisation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-family: Verdana\"><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-family: Verdana\">Proven experience with III-V and silicon photonic devices and PIC technologies<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-family: Verdana\">Previous leadership experience within a photonics or semiconductor environment<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-family: Verdana\">Strong understanding of PIC design, fabrication and development processes<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-family: Verdana\">Experience managing technical projects and cross-functional teams<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-family: Verdana\">Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-family: Verdana\">Degree in Photonics, Physics, Engineering or a related discipline (advanced degree advantageous)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;font-family: Verdana\">If you have the required technical background and leadership experience please get in touch with Phil Wright at IC Resources<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We are looking for an experienced PIC Leader to head up the development of advanced PIC technologies and provide technical leadership across multidisciplinary engineering teams.
