Driving technology innovation, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering next-generation products to meet customer needs will be requirements of the role.<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri;font-size: 16px\"><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri;font-size: 16px\"><strong>Leadership<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri;font-size: 16px\">Lead and develop the process engineering team, setting clear objectives and building capability.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri;font-size: 16px\">Own end-to-end wafer fab delivery for R&amp;D and production programmes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri;font-size: 16px\">Drive process innovation aligned with the technology roadmap.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri;font-size: 16px\">Promote continuous improvement, collaboration, and a data-driven culture.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri;font-size: 16px\">Ensure effective performance management, skills development, and safe working practices.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri;font-size: 16px\"><strong>Technical<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri;font-size: 16px\">Lead semiconductor process development and maintain advanced process\/tool capabilities.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri;font-size: 16px\">Drive yield improvement, process optimisation, and structured problem-solving using Lean Six Sigma principles.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri;font-size: 16px\">Apply data-driven approaches to accelerate R&amp;D development and new device\/process introduction.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri;font-size: 16px\">Support evaluation and development of new materials and technologies.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri;font-size: 16px\"><strong>Required Experience &amp; Qualifications<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri;font-size: 16px\">Degree or higher in Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, or related discipline.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri;font-size: 16px\">5+ years\u2019 wafer fab experience with technical leadership experience.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri;font-size: 16px\">Strong knowledge of semiconductor processing techniques.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri;font-size: 16px\">Experience with III-V materials and processing.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Calibri;font-size: 16px\">Proven team leadership and development skills.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri;font-size: 16px\">Please contact Rachel Anderson for further details.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Our international client is currently searching for a Semiconductor Process Engineering Manager to lead semiconductor wafer process development and fab delivery across high-end R&amp;D and low-volume production environments.
