{"id":170597,"date":"2026-07-06T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2026-07-05T23:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ic-resources.com\/jobs\/senior-analog-mixed-signal-ic-design-lead-482499\/"},"modified":"2026-07-24T22:06:01","modified_gmt":"2026-07-24T21:06:01","slug":"senior-analog-mixed-signal-ic-design-lead-482499","status":"publish","type":"jobs","link":"https:\/\/ic-resources.com\/de\/jobs\/senior-analog-mixed-signal-ic-design-lead-482499\/","title":{"rendered":"Senior Analog Mixed Signal IC Design Lead"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">I am recruiting for a Senior Analog Mixed Signal IC Technical Lead on behalf of my client, a fast-growing high-technology company in North Holland, Netherlands.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">This Senior Analog Mixed-Signal IC Technical Lead will take ownership of IC development for next-generation sensor systems.&nbsp;The Senior Analog Mixed Signal IC Technical Lead will sit close to the leadership team and act as the key technical authority for IC development while remaining hands on where required.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Key responsibilities:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Lead IC development for sensor products from concept to production<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Define and review analog, mixed-signal, and digital IC specifications<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Make architectural and process node recommendations with internal and external teams<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Oversee external ASIC design partners and foundry interactions<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">&nbsp;Support system-level integration<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">&nbsp;Provide hands-on analog and mixed-signal circuit design and review using Cadence tools<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Identify risks and drive technical decisions across the product lifecycle<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Contribute to long term IC strategy and future team development<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Requirements:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">5 to 10+ years in analog and mixed signal IC design with multiple tape-outs<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Strong transistor-level analog design experience, including low noise and low power<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Experience with Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre and standard IC design flows<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Strong understanding of semiconductor processes and system-level trade-offs<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Experience working with external design houses and foundries<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Good communication skills and collaborative approach in multidisciplinary teams<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering or similar<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">This Senior Analog Mixed Signal IC Technical Lead is a hands on technical leadership role with clear scope to grow into a formal team lead position as the organisation scales.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Get in touch with Parm Shergill for more information.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I am recruiting for a Senior Analog Mixed Signal IC Technical Lead on behalf of my client, a fast-growing high-technology company in North Holland, Netherlands.
