You\u2019ll be expected to operate at both the system level and down in the detail \u2014 reviewing architectures, solving complex hardware problems, debugging high-speed interfaces in the lab, and working closely with FPGA and software engineers to bring the complete system together.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">What you\u2019ll be responsible for<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Technical ownership and system architecture of complex, high-speed platforms<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">High-speed digital design and complex PCB development<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">FPGA and high-speed transceiver integration<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">PCIe, Ethernet, DDR5 and NVMe\/M.2 integration<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">FPGA-to-GPU and high-bandwidth data-path design<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Clocking, timing and high-speed interconnects<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">System integration, validation and hands-on hardware debug<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Technical leadership, mentoring and development of the engineering team<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Driving technical decisions and solving complex engineering challenges<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">What we\u2019re looking for<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">A strong track record of leading technically demanding projects and multidisciplinary engineering teams<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Extensive experience in high-speed digital design and complex PCB development<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Strong knowledge of signal integrity, power integrity and transmission-line theory<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Hands-on experience with several of PCIe, Ethernet, DDR\/DDR5 and SerDes<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Proven experience taking complex electronic systems through integration, validation and hardware debug<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Strong experience with AMD\/Xilinx FPGAs<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Experience with NVIDIA GPUs and high-performance computing would be highly valuable<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">A hands-on, technically curious approach with the ability to move comfortably between system architecture and detailed hardware investigation<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Apply today or contact Gemma for more information<\/span><\/p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We\u2019re looking for an experienced High-Speed Systems Engineer to take technical ownership of a challenging, next-generation hardware platform and play a key role in building a high-performing engineering team around it.
