development, learning &amp; development, compensation &amp; benefits, and organisational design<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Managing scope, stakeholders, budget and external partners for your initiatives<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Using people data and feedback to identify risks, opportunities, and drive decision-making<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\"><em>Leadership business partnering<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Acting as a trusted strategic partner to team leads on building strong, engaged teams<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Coaching and advising leaders on leadership, team dynamics and culture<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Owning key manager lifecycle moments \u2014 onboarding, offboarding, role changes, performance conversations, organisational change<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Identifying capability gaps and organisational risks alongside the Head of People &amp; Culture<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\"><em>Legal compliance and culture<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Ensuring compliance with Dutch labour law and internal policy<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Creating and maintaining fair, business-aligned people policies<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Managing sensitive employee relations cases \u2014 illness, underperformance, conflict, terminations<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Supporting the coordination and development of the Works Council<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Championing a culture of well-being, psychological safety, inclusion and continuous learning<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\"><strong>Key Skills<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Solid senior HR\/People experience \u2014 HRBP, People Business Partner, People &amp; Culture Manager or similar \u2014 with strong hands-on leadership partnering and employee relations experience<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Experience in a fast-growing, international, ideally tech-driven environment, supporting leaders through growth and change<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Strong coaching and advisory skills, with proven experience across performance, development, conflict and termination conversations<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Experience running or improving core people processes (reviews, development cycles, goal setting, calibration, manager enablement)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Ability to bring structure to ambiguity and move strategic topics into practical execution<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Good understanding of Dutch employment law, with sound judgement on when to escalate<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Strong, clear, pragmatic communication skills<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Ideally past experience in deep tech scale-up<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\"><strong>Benefits &amp;
