{"id":204489,"date":"2026-08-12T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2026-08-11T23:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ic-resources.com\/jobs\/engineering-director-500144\/"},"modified":"2026-09-03T02:06:43","modified_gmt":"2026-09-03T01:06:43","slug":"engineering-director-500144","status":"publish","type":"jobs","link":"https:\/\/ic-resources.com\/de\/jobs\/engineering-director-500144\/","title":{"rendered":"Engineering Director"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">I am recruiting for an Engineering Director role with my client, a semiconductor company developing advanced mixed signal ICs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">The Engineering Director will build and lead a multidisciplinary engineering team in the Netherlands, taking complex IC products from concept through to production.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Responsibilities<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Recruit, build and develop analog, mixed signal, digital and layout teams<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Lead IC development from architecture through design, tapeout and silicon validation<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Provide technical leadership across circuit design, verification and layout<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Improve development processes, methodologies and engineering efficiency<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Work with systems, test and applications teams on DFT, DFM and production<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Support product roadmaps and customer requirements<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Manage engineering resources, schedules and budgets<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Experience<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">MSc in Electrical Engineering or similar; PhD advantageous<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">10+ years of custom analog IC design experience<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">5+ years in technical leadership or engineering management<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Strong mixed signal IC development experience through to production<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Experience with PLLs, ADCs, DACs, references, bias circuits or regulators<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Strong understanding of low phase noise, matching, parasitics, signal integrity and ESD<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Experience with full chip verification, silicon characterisation and layout<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Proven experience recruiting and developing engineering teams<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Strong communication and problem solving skills<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Willingness to travel when required<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">This is an opportunity for an Engineering Director to establish an engineering function and contribute to the development of advanced semiconductor products<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">For more information, please contact Parm Shergill.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I am recruiting for an Engineering Director role with my client, a semiconductor company developing advanced mixed signal ICs.
