Reporting to the VP IC Operations, the role ensures compliance with&nbsp;IATF 16949, automotive, and customer requirements, with a focus on zero defects and supply-chain protection.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/h3>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: &#039;\u2022 &#039;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Lead manufacturing quality across IC Front-End, driving quality culture, compliance, and zero-defect initiatives<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Own&nbsp;Process Change Management (PCRB), assessing risks and ensuring changes do not negatively impact yield, scrap, non-conformances, or customers<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Lead&nbsp;non-conformance and MRB management, ensuring timely risk assessment, containment, disposition, and root-cause elimination<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Lead manufacturing audits, corrective actions, and improvement plans<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Manage customer complaints, ensuring effective containment, root-cause analysis, corrective action, and prevention of recurrence<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Lead cross-functional teams and task forces to resolve quality issues and improve manufacturing performance<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Required Experience &amp; Skills<\/span><\/h3>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: &#039;\u2022 &#039;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">10+ years\u2019 experience in a high-tech manufacturing environment<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">5+ years\u2019 experience in Quality Management<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Strong knowledge of&nbsp;ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and Automotive Core Tools<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Good understanding of IC manufacturing processes, quality tools, process development, failure analysis, and audits<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean experience<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Proven leadership, project management, problem-solving, and continuous improvement capabilities<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Engineering degree in Electronics, Microelectronics, Physics, or related field<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Please contact Rachel Anderson for further details.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Our Swiss based client is seeking an experienced Quality Manufacturing Manager to drive manufacturing quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across its wafer fabrication operations.
