This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the design, development, and testing of cutting-edge Analog\/RF\/mmWave circuits and systems for AI datacentres. The position is based in Switzerland and is 5 days office based.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\"><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Apply specialized expertise in the design, drafting, testing, and release of new products, devices, circuits, and systems.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Take ownership of assigned design activities and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Collaborate closely with transistor designers, application engineers, and device engineering teams to foster a cohesive team environment.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Collect, analyze, and summarize simulation and test data to provide clear and concise status reports.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Partner with chip leads to support the Product Engineering group in transferring products to production.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\"><strong>Qualifications ,Technical Skills and Competencies:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">MSc or PhD in Electronics Engineering plus around 4 years of hands-on experience in Analog\/RF IC design related to High speed AMS IC design, ideally with experience in TIA, lasre drivers or receivers<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Extensive knowledge of Analog\/RF\/mmWave circuits and systems, including TIA.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Proven ability to propose innovative solutions at the IP level, with expertise in BiCMOS and PAM4 technologies.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Proficiency in using industry-standard electronics simulation tools and software, such as Cadence and ADS, as well as test equipment like Spectrum Analyzers and Network Analyzers.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Experience with Electro-magnetic, Electro-optic, and thermal simulations.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Familiarity with integration processes and designing for high yield and cost efficiency.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Expertise in the operation and calibration of industry-standard test equipment.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Hands-on experience in designing evaluation boards, addressing both electrical and thermal considerations.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">We look forward to welcoming a dedicated professional who is ready to make a significant impact in the field of RF\/Analog IC design.
