{"id":217758,"date":"2026-09-09T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2026-09-08T23:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ic-resources.com\/jobs\/verification-manager-511558\/"},"modified":"2026-09-29T10:10:24","modified_gmt":"2026-09-29T09:10:24","slug":"verification-manager-511558","status":"publish","type":"jobs","link":"https:\/\/ic-resources.com\/de\/jobs\/verification-manager-511558\/","title":{"rendered":"Verification Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">I\u2019m working with an established semiconductor company that is expanding its engineering organisation in Ireland and is looking to hire a Verification Manager for its Cork site.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">The Verification Manager role will combine technical and management responsibilities, with the successful candidate remaining close to verification strategy, technical discussions and project delivery rather than becoming purely people focused.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">The role will give the Verification Manager the opportunity to influence verification methodologies, processes and team development while working across the wider product lifecycle from early development through to silicon.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">What They\u2019re Looking For<\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Previous experience leading or managing digital verification engineers<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Strong background in ASIC or SoC verification<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Strong SystemVerilog and UVM experience<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Experience developing verification strategies, testbenches and verification environments<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Experience with coverage driven verification and verification planning<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Knowledge of Verilog AMS and mixed signal verification would be beneficial<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Experience working with embedded processor based systems<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Exposure to automotive or safety critical semiconductor development<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Knowledge of ISO 26262 would be advantageous<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Experience with Cadence verification tools<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Strong communication skills and the ability to work across design, firmware, software and product engineering teams<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">A hands on technical approach with strong problem solving skills<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">This Verification Manager role would suit an experienced Verification Manager or Verification Lead who enjoys staying technically involved while taking responsibility for a team and helping shape how verification is delivered.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">The company is also open to strong senior verification engineers who have taken on significant technical leadership responsibilities and are looking to make the move into a formal management position.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">For more information on this role or others then please contact Jordan Browne at IC Resources.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I\u2019m working with an established semiconductor company that is expanding its engineering organisation in Ireland and is looking to hire a Verification Manager for its Cork site.
