In this role, you will play a pivotal part in developing MMIC&nbsp;for optical coherent applications. You will be responsible for the end-to-end process of IC development, from concept to productisation, with a focus on SiGe and silicon-based ICs operating at frequencies above 30GHz.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a strong background in high-frequency IC design who thrives in a collaborative and innovative environment.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\"><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Lead the development of integrated circuits from initial concept through to productisation<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Architect, design schematics, layout, and perform hands-on laboratory characterization of high-frequency ICs<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Manage projects effectively, provide technical support to customers, and collaborate with test and application engineers<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\"><strong>Technical Expertise and qualifications:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Master\u2019s degree in a relevant field with 6+ years of IC design experience<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Proven experience in designing 30+ Gbps TIA&#8217;s and linear modulator drivers<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Deep understanding of SiGe bipolar IC design or RF CMOS, along with strong analog design fundamentals<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Demonstrated expertise in mmWave, RF, and analog integrated circuit design<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Proficiency in Cadence schematic design and layout tools<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Familiarity with E&amp;M modeling tools such as EMX, ADS, HFSS, or Sonnet is a plus<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Ability to characterize products in a laboratory setting<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Experience supporting products through the entire development and release cycle<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Team leadership experience is advantageous<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">If you are a motivated and innovative professional with a passion for high-frequency IC design and a proven track record in the field, we encourage you to apply.
