{"id":229600,"date":"2026-08-11T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2026-08-10T23:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ic-resources.com\/jobs\/sales-manager-emea-499275\/"},"modified":"2026-09-30T14:09:02","modified_gmt":"2026-09-30T13:09:02","slug":"sales-manager-emea-499275","status":"publish","type":"jobs","link":"https:\/\/ic-resources.com\/de\/jobs\/sales-manager-emea-499275\/","title":{"rendered":"Sales Manager EMEA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">A highly successful international technology business, involved in high-speed signal digitisers and data acquisition hardware\/software, is expanding its European presence and is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to drive commercial growth across the region.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded electronics sales professional, or an applications engineer ready to move into a customer-facing sales role, to take ownership of strategic accounts, develop new business, and help shape long-term growth in EMEA.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">The role reports into senior sales leadership and works closely with design and applications engineering teams to support customers from initial concept through to production.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\"><strong>What you\u2019ll do<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">In this role you will be responsible for prospecting and identifying new opportunities, qualifying and developing target accounts, and building clear penetration strategies from design-in through to production. You\u2019ll collaborate closely with engineering teams to understand customer systems and promote the most suitable solutions, while managing quotes from budgetary stage through to production in line with internal processes. You will maintain strong customer relationships, acting as a trusted point of contact across key stakeholders, and provide regular market insight, forecast updates, and design-in opportunities to senior leadership. A key part of the role is supporting customer satisfaction by serving as the internal voice of the customer across commercial, technical, and quality functions, with travel across the region up to 35% of the time.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\"><strong>What&#8217;s required for this Sales Manager role?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">A degree in electronics or a closely related discipline.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">At least 4 years\u2019 experience in semiconductor sales, electronic components sales, or applications support with a desire to move into sales<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">A strong understanding of analogue and digital electronics<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Experience or exposure to medical, life sciences, or photonics markets would be an advantage<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">A proactive, commercially driven mindset with the confidence to win business and influence customers<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">This is a genuinely strong opportunity for someone who wants to make an impact in a growing international environment, with the potential to develop into a broader EMEA sales leadership position for the right person.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">If you&#8217;re interested in this or other Sales opportunities across the DACH region, please contact Jack Bird at IC Resources. jack.bird@ic-resources.com<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A highly successful international technology business, involved in high-speed signal digitisers and data acquisition hardware\/software, is expanding its European presence and is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to drive commercial growth across the region.
