You\u2019ll ensure customers have clear visibility of project progress while coordinating internally to keep complex technical programmes moving.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\"><strong>What you&#8217;ll do<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">You\u2019ll take ownership of major customer engagements, from project kick-off and design submission through technical reviews, production runs, shipment, invoicing and after-sales support. Acting as the primary customer-facing contact, you\u2019ll coordinate with R&amp;D, engineering and operations teams to track deliverables, resolve open items and ensure customers are kept informed throughout the process. You\u2019ll also help build scalable customer processes, improve internal workflows and maintain accurate CRM and customer data.
