The Engineering Director will provide leadership to a multidisciplinary hardware engineering team while ensuring the successful delivery of complex development projects. The Engineering Director will work closely with engineering, manufacturing and commercial teams to drive technical excellence and business growth.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Responsibilities<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Lead and develop a team of hardware and electronics engineers<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Oversee the delivery of multiple development projects<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Manage resource planning, budgets and project priorities<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Support product development from concept through production<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Drive technical quality and engineering best practices<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Work closely with manufacturing teams to ensure successful product delivery<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Identify risks, bottlenecks and improvement opportunities<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Support strategic planning and team growth initiatives<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Requirements<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Degree in Electronic Engineering or a related discipline<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Experience leading electronics or hardware engineering teams<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Strong background in product development and engineering delivery<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Experience managing project schedules, resources and budgets<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Ability to mentor engineers and develop high-performing teams<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Strong communication and stakeholder management skills<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Commercial awareness and problem-solving ability<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Desirable<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Experience within instrumentation, test equipment or advanced electronics<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Background in manufacturing and NPI environments<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Experience managing multidisciplinary engineering teams<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Knowledge of hardware development processes and product lifecycle management<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Salary<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">\u20ac5,837.76 to \u20ac8,339.69 gross per month<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">13th-month salary payment<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Equivalent annual package of approximately \u20ac75,900 to \u20ac108,400 gross<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">If you\u2019re interested in the position of Engineering Director, please apply or contact Chris Moffatt for more details.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This Engineering Director role focuses on leading the development of advanced electronic and instrumentation products.
