They are looking for an experienced commercial professional to grow strategic accounts while actively winning new business.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\"><strong>The role<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">You will be responsible for:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Growing strategic automotive accounts and developing long-term customer plans<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Identifying and winning new customers, markets and platform opportunities<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Building relationships with engineering, purchasing and senior stakeholders<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Leading opportunities through to new platform wins and multi-year agreements<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Working with internal teams to develop customer solutions and maximise account growth<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Managing commercial considerations including pricing, costs, investment, margins and lifecycle profitability<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\"><strong>About you<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">We&#8217;re looking for someone with:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Proven experience in automotive component sales, ideally within safety-critical applications<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">A strong hunter mentality and demonstrable success winning new business<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Experience securing new platforms, contracts or significant customer programmes<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Strong strategic account management and relationship-building skills<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Good commercial and financial understanding<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">The confidence and drive to create opportunities rather than simply manage existing accounts<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">If you&#8217;re an experienced automotive sales professional with a track record of winning new business and growing strategic customers, I&#8217;d be keen to hear from you.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Contact Hannah Lyttle for more information.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>My client is a global technology business supplying engineered components to major automotive and industrial customers.
