customer quality inquiries and qualification documentation with Sales and Marketing<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Handling quality issues proactively, including escalations, risk assessments and clear updates to management<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Leading or supporting international focus teams, task semiconductor manufacturing (front-end or back-end processes, wafer and packaging technologies) (essential)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Strong knowledge of automotive quality systems and zero-defect principles<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Practical use of FMEA, 8D, 5 Why and APQP, including leading cross-functional 8D teams<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Knowledge of automotive microcontroller qualification and change management (AEC-Q100, Q006, JEDEC,
