The Analog Technical Team Lead will combine technical direction and people leadership across projects from feasibility to production, ensuring timely delivery and strong silicon outcomes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Responsibilities<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Lead and coach analog engineers to deliver milestones with quality and on schedule<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Support the IC lifecycle from specification through silicon bring up<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Plan resource allocation, mentor team members and support career development<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Drive design reviews, fault analysis and technical decisions<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Enhance flows, tools and design practices to increase efficiency<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Coordinate with international teams and provide concise status updates<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Assist with recruitment when required<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Requirements<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Significant analog IC design experience with leadership exposure<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Experience with sensor or ASIC top level integration<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Deep knowledge of blocks such as ADC, DAC, PLL, references, drivers and amplifiers<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Recent tapeout and silicon debug experience<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Good understanding of devices, packaging and reliability<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Excellent communication and cross team working skills<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Willingness to travel<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;font-size: 14px\">Please note visa sponsorship is not available; applicants must have the right to work at the time of application.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I am recruiting for an Analog Technical Team Lead to manage an analog and chip level design team at a semiconductor R&amp;D centre near Leuven.
