They design and supply advanced RFIC technology for next generation wireless communications, including 5G networks.<\/p>\n<p>As an RFIC Design Engineer, your role will involve:<\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Subsystem level design of LNAs, PAs, mixers, PLLs, LO generators, ADCs, DACs, filters and other analog and mixed signal blocks<\/li>\n<li>Full design flow ownership from schematic to layout and verification<\/li>\n<li>Using industry standard tools such as Cadence, Keysight, ANSYS and Mentor Graphics<\/li>\n<li>CMOS or BiCMOS design for mmWave applications<\/li>\n<li>Supporting product bring-up, validation and integration into antenna modules<\/li>\n<li>Contributing to production test and volume delivery<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To be considered for the RFIC Design Engineer role, you should have:<\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>5 years + experience in RFIC or analog IC design from industry<\/li>\n<li>Background in deep submicron CMOS and\/or BiCMOS processes<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of wireless communication standards such as Wi-Fi, WiGig or 3GPP<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with the design of RF transceiver architectures<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of analog fundamentals such as OPAMPs, LDOs, oscillators<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Please note that this position does not offer visa sponsorship and require some on-site work each week.
