As a company at the heart of the recruitment industry, we know that people matter. If businesses are to succeed, they need to have a company culture that champions both personal and career development.

What are the People's Platform Awards?

The People's Platform Awards are given to companies that put their employees first. They go to businesses that have created the most rewarding and engaging environments to let their employees thrive and grow, both professionally and personally.

It's not just a badge of honour either. It's intended to encourage all companies to prioritise building environments where people feel valued, safe, engaged and excited about their work. The awards use a rigorous process that surveys the opinions of over 60,000 people and looks at over 10,000 companies - so the winners really are the cream of the crop.

Why IC Resources was recognised

The award reflects the key values that IC Resources have held close to our hearts throughout our history. Ever since we started the company, back in 1999, with a mission to be an integral member of the technology community, we've looked to create a work environment where the personal and professional enjoy a symbiotic relationship that allows both to thrive, whether employees are in the office or at home.

We're now a 70-strong team of expert recruiters with specialisms in a variety of sectors within the tech industry. How we built a thriving company culture

Our social committee organises sports and social events, team lunches, lunch clubs and Friday lunches in the local pub all bring our team closer together. We've taken our employees to Amsterdam, Berlin, Marbella and as far afield as Las Vegas for team building, and we believe these things play a big part in building a more inspired and engaged mindset.
