X-ray vision …. do you see what IC?
INTRODUCTION AND CHALLENGE
Adaptix Imaging are tackling the last bastion of cathode ray tubes, producing 3D X-ray images from solid state technology. Imagine portable X-ray machines deployed at the hospital bedside, or indeed in remote rural settings. IC Resources’ directors Neil Dickins and James Galloway were sufficiently excited by the possibilities that they made a significant seed-stage investment. Adaptix faced several challenges of scale-up but principally securing the right hires as quickly as possible.
SOLUTION
The key with Adaptix was to develop a strong working relationship with HR. The HR professionals at Adaptix are eminently professional and play a key role in the company. They like to work closely with their recruitment partners. Dealing with multiple roles meant that we worked hard to ensure clear communication throughout the various recruitment processes.
RESULT
As Adaptix has grown, we have addressed manufacturing and technical requirements for Adaptix’ executive team. We have made over a dozen hires across all levels of seniority include CxO level and Director.
