Introduction and Challenge

MYPINPAD develop leading edge technology for the secure mobile payments marketplace. The increasing global success of their product meant they needed to expand and recruit key technical staff across all areas of the business to support this demand. Roles included Mobile Application Developers, Back-End Developers and Project Managers amongst other skills.

Solution and Result

With over 20 years recruitment experience with a strong focus on software recruitment across the South West and Wales, Matt took the time to understand the culture of MYPINPAD. This included the technical challenges that new employees would need to solve and also the daily working environment they would be joining. Based on this understanding, we were able to go to market with these vacancies and made 12 placements within the first 18-24 months. A significant number of these placements took place during the Covid pandemic.
