Challenge
We first engaged with LIV in 2023 when they were less than 10 people. The challenge was that LIV need to find the software engineering talent globally predominantly with Unity, Unreal or Graphics experience. LIV are delivering a unique toolset to enhance AR/VR creativity. One of their roles had been open for over 6 months.
Results
The team has grown rapidly to near 25 employees and we have made over 10 hires in recent months, including the role that was open for 6 months. We've been able to source candidate with the deep relevant technical skills who could immediately add value to the business.. The partnership has grown to such an extent that Mitch was invited to join the LIV team to attend GDC in San Fransico where he was introduced to key partners. IC Resources is now seen as an integral part to LIV future growth and success
