AMS Verification Engineer

This is an opportunity to join a fast-paced and dynamic start-up company working on leading edge technology for consumer and automotive markets alongside a passionate team of engineers.

They currently have an open position for an AMS Verification Engineer who will be involved in contributing to overall SoC verification strategy, creating Analog block and sub block verification, and executing verification plans by identifying root causes, and rectifying issues.

The successful applicant will have a minimum of 3 years of relevant industry experience alongside a bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering (or similar) with experience in requirements management and verification / electronic test plans.

Experience in some or all of the following is required:

• Analog circuit specification / design / verification pre and post layout.
• Types of blocks would be amplifier, ADC, LDO’s, level shifters etc
• Analog block verification (multiple circuits / digital interface)
• Highly versed / expert in Analog verification techniques
• Expertise creating and using real-numbered analogue behavioural models in
• SystemVerilog (or equivalent language)
• Strong skills in testbench / model / checker creation, constrained random testing, and debugging
• Experience using Cadence / Mentor Analog tool flows

Excellent spoken and written English, with clear communication skills and an understanding of good documentation practices are necessary along with the ability to work with minimal supervision. The candidate should possess a strong motivation for start-up culture and success through stock options. There is an excellent potential for professional growth and financial gain.
