A new opportunity to join a global Semiconductor company as Analog IC Layout Engineer has become available in Austria!
In your new role you will have the following responsibilities:
- Floorplanning and area estimation of mixed-signal IP macros and subsystems
- Working closely together with technology development for technology testchips.
- Analog full custom layout of mixed-signal IP macros and subsystems
- Layout verification for the IP macros and subsystems
- Active communication and alignment with circuit designers
- Active communication and alignment with subsystem and top-level layout teams to guarantee a smooth integration into their chip top-level
As the successful Analog IC Layout Engineer you have the following qualifications and experience:
- A higher technical school / university of applied sciences degree in Electrical Engineering or comparable
- At least 3 years of experience in full custom layout
- Good understanding of integrated circuits such as matching, noise, coupling, shielding as well as all kinds of layout dependent effects (LDE) in deep submicron technologies
- Good knowledge of state-of-the-art CAD tools (Cadence, Mentor)
- Unix/Linux OS experience and basic know-How of programing languages (e.g. Skill, Phyton) and scripting.
