Business Development Manager – Embedded Computing
An exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager/Account Manager to join a global edge computing & IoT Solutions company who have offices across the globe and a strong presence in the UK.
Suitable candidates will have experience selling embedded computers and display technology. You will be comfortable in a business development role and have a strong track record within sales and the ability to forge strong, long term relationships with customers and distribution channels.
This is a home based role with 50%-60% travel across the UK and Ireland. You will also be expected to travel to the office as and when required for meetings and training. Business Development Manager Requirements:
- Experience of Embedded Computers, display technology within the Embedded Computing Market and some technical knowledge would be preferable
- Minimum of 3 years selling complex products within the industrial market and familiar with embedded computing sales cycles
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Comfortable travel extensively across the UK and Ireland, sometimes at short notice
