Our international client is currently searching for a Semiconductor CMP Process Engineer to be involved in process and product development with a clean-room environment. The role will involve working on advanced CMP process development projects, and will be suitable for a recent graduate with experience, as well as experienced engineers.
Required experience for the Process Engineer will be as follows,
- Semiconductor process experience
- CMP process development knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
- Engineering Degree / PhD in Materials, Electronic Engineering / Physics or equivalent
