Chief Financial Officer - Technology/ Deep Tech, ScotlandMidlothian

Our UK based client is looking for a proven CFO from the technology/ deep-tech industry.

Ideally you will have experience of working within fast moving, high growth companies on a global scale. Prior experience of a successful exit would be beneficial.

In this role there is no requirement to focus on fundraising as this has been secured. Your primary tasks will be:

• To build the finance function globally to support scale and international growth
• T0o contribute significantly to strategic and operational activities supporting both future sales and employee expansion
• To lead M&A activity
• To manage communication between key shareholders
• To provide internal and external financial reporting

My client currently has c45 employees and expect to double in size. They are pre-revenue with a management team that has had previous successful exits.
