As Customer Quality Manager you will be the first Quality contact for the customer to coordinate the activities with the manufacturing plant. You will report directly to the Global Quality Manager and work together with the production areas to improve the product quality level in the respective department. In this position, you will ensure the fulfillment of customer requirements and trigger a continuous improvement of the quality level in the plant and of the product.

Your responsibilities
  • Be the Quality contact window to leading customers in the automotive and medical sector
  • Host customer audits and coordinates the preparations of such
  • Identification of product-related issues and initiating of problem-solving together with the related departments
  • Provide necessary training and guidance to the plant quality management systems interface for the specification implementation and change control
  • Review of relevant standards and norms of the industry
Your Profile
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as customer or quality interface in the semiconductor or related electronics industry (power electronics knowledge is preferred)
  • Good analytical skills and knowledge of quality standards (ISO 9000, QS 9000, etc.) preferred
  • Experience in working with intercultural teams preferred
  • Willingness to travel for customer meetings or best practice sharing
