DFT ENGINEER – Bristol – Global Market leader specialising in Wireless communications for IoT! It’s an exciting time to join my client as they continue their rapid growth in the UK. The Wi-Fi IC Group is newly established and looking to recruit talented and experienced Digital IC Engineers with in-depth knowledge of design for test. As a part of the SoC team you will work closely with the Design for Test team in developing my client’s first generation of ultra-low power Wi-Fi device.
Key responsibilities
- Testability, test coverage, yield and diagnosis
- DFT architecture and implementation
- Memory BIST
- ATPG
- Follow up test program development and production test
- Digital IC Design and Verification
Qualifications and skills
- BSc/MSc in Electronics Engineering or similar
- Experience or academic knowledge of relevant EDA IC design and verification tools
- Preferably experience with Digital IC Design and Verification, DFT architecture and implementation, Memory BIST or ATPG
- Knowledge of scripting languages like perl, tcl, python or similar
