Director of Photonic Integrated Circuits

The Director of Photonic Integrated Circuits is needed in Switzerland to join a growing team of circa 15 Engineers. You will be an expert in Integrated Photonics as a whole and inspire your team with with a confident personality, credible background and technical knowledge of Silicon Photonics and its technologies.

As well as managing a team the Director of Photonic Integrated Circuits will lead advanced PIC development projects by assisting and solving problems in design and tape-out.

The key experiences for the Director of Photonic Integrated Circuits is:

• Strong character and technical confidence
• Proven experience with customer and internal project delivery
• Knowledge of Silicon Photonics
• Skills in Ansys Lumerical and Luceda Ipkiss or equivalent.
