Your Tasks:
- 1st and 2nd Level Support for ERP and other business solutions at headquarter and subsidiaries worldwide
- Analyse user-requirements and support solution implementation through stages definition / documentation / validation
- Monitoring of systems health of defined business solutions and interfaces
Your Requirements:
- Higher educational background in IT, business informatics, industrial engineering or equivalent
- Years of professional experience in administration / support of ERP systems
- Understanding of ERP standards processes
- Fluent German and English skills
- Analytical, responsible and communicative personality
